Speaker: Jordan Huntley, Technical Forester at Rayonier and Duval Audubon Society Clay County Conservation Chair

The state of Florida has a rich natural history, unlike any other state in the US. Everything from the bedrock in our geology, to the wildlife that habitats our woods: this place is truly unique. Jordan's presentation will focus on Florida's geological history, the forest types you encounter in Florida, ownership and management of those forests, and their impact on bird species.

Meetings start with refreshments and networking at 6:30 pm and programs at 7:00 pm (unless otherwise noted).
